Eric S. Serrano

Employee Benefit Specialist Eric Serrano is the President of NGMS-Oshkosh, Inc. Eric graduated from University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a Bachelors of Science in Business and Forestry Administration. After graduation, Eric worked for the U.S. Forest service from 1991-1997, as a Professional Forester and Wild Fire Hotshot. In 1997, he joined an independent insurance agency in southeastern Wisconsin under a Co-op with Blue Cross-Blue Shield to sell their integrated benefits program United 24. In November 2002, he was asked to join NGMS-Oshkosh Inc. Since then the agency has grown to over 150 clients and is on the fast track to become a leader in the Wisconsin market place.
